Territory Management:
Proactively secure new residential accounts through direct engagement and grassroots marketing in newly released Fiber areas.
Consultative Selling:
Conduct needs-based analyzes to deliver tailored Fiber, Mobile, and Value-Added service solutions.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor local competitor activity to maintain our market-leading edge.
Performance Excellence:
Consistently meet and exceed monthly acquisition targets.
COMPENSATION & ADVANCEMENT (1099)
Earnings:
Uncapped commission structure with an
OTE of $60,000 – $75,000+ .
Immediate Rewards:
Weekly direct deposit and a
$400 Fast Start Bonus .
Incentives:
Quarterly sales contests and aggressive cash bonuses.
