Job Summary Mythic is seeking a detail-oriented Account Coordinator in Charlotte, NC, to provide essential project management and administrative support for mid-market and Fortune 500 client accounts. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between creative teams and account services, managing everything from internal work orders and status reports to client meeting logistics. It is an ideal position for an aspiring advertising professional with previous internship experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume agency environment.

Job Responsibilities Project Management (Own the Work)

Creating and managing job numbers in project management system

Proofread and edit documents; consolidate team edits

Trafficking creative

Account Services Support (Find a Way)

Maintain weekly status reports

Coordinate team and/or client meetings, including scheduling, meeting room set-up, catering and travel, as appropriate.

Act as a liaison between the creative department and account team.

Maintain monthly hours tracking for account services team, including hours reconciliation as necessary.

Supporting account team with production needs as required i.e. quoting, budgeting, etc.

Client Relationship Expectations (Create with Purpose)

Participate in client meetings and conference calls, leading note taking and generating and distributing conference reports.

A constant student of advertising

Coordinate for team/agency as appropriate by providing research information, preparation of materials and draft/format documents

Required Skills / Abilities

Excellent writing and communication skills and intellectual curiosity are a must.

Capable of working in teams — encouraging and building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members

High attention to detail

Ability to work autonomously

Exhibit strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills including the ability to juggle multiple assignments/clients; prioritize and handle high‑volume detail work

Be enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to go beyond assigned duties

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree in advertising, communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English or a related field preferred

Previous internship experience in Agency or Corporate Marketing

Physical Requirements

Sedentary work that primarily involves prolonged periods of sitting at a desk

Light work that could include carrying 5 pounds

Keyboarding
