A growing golf course is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent. This individual oversees all aspects of course maintenance to deliver top playing conditions while balancing budget, staff, and environmental responsibility. This role manages turf health, irrigation, equipment, and teams, and partners closely with club leadership to plan improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities Turf & Operations:
Lead turf programs, irrigation, equipment upkeep, and course projects to maintain consistent playing conditions.
People & Performance:
Hire, train, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
Financial & Stakeholder Management:
Manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory, and communicate course conditions and plans with management and golfers.
Candidates Must Have: Qualifications: Minimum of 7+ years of turf and grounds management experience, preferably in a private club setting Demonstrated experience managing irrigation and drainage systems Proven leadership experience with the ability to build, develop, and retain strong teams Strong knowledge of agronomy, turf health, and best practices in golf course maintenance GCSAA Class A Certification strongly preferred Previous golf course management experience
