The Opportunity We’re looking for a

Customer Service Representative

to join our

Personal Lines team

in St. John’s, NL.

In this role, you will be the heartbeat of our customer experience, supporting our team to ensure every interaction with clients is seamless, accurate, and leaves a lasting impression. This is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, is detail‑oriented, and values building strong client relationships.

What You’ll Do Client Service & Relationship Management

Communicate with clients to manage policy updates, claims, renewals, and changes accurately and efficiently.

Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure clients have the best coverage at competitive rates.

Provide guidance and expert advice on insurance options, helping clients make informed decisions.

Serve as the first point of contact for new claims, ensuring clarity and support throughout the process.

Retention & Account Support

Track and manage renewals to enhance client retention and streamline processes.

Identify opportunities to support account growth and enhance client satisfaction.

Assist the Personal Lines team in achieving key performance targets while maintaining service excellence.

Act as a positive ambassador for Munn Insurance, promoting our brand and values to clients, partners, and suppliers.

Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client support.

Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented culture that makes Munn a great place to work.

Perform other duties as required to support team success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and switch between tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A team‑first attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the insurance industry.
