Overview The Exclusive Collective unites three market-leading brands—Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato, and onefinestay—into a single, scaled platform serving a highly curated global audience of high-net-worth travelers.

Today, the Collective serves more than 25,000 travelers annually across a portfolio of over 3,000 residences worldwide. This includes Exclusive Resorts’ $1 billion portfolio of owned private residences and rare journeys, alongside a global network of leased and professionally managed homes. Backed by Steve Case, Chairman of Exclusive Resorts and Co-Founder of AOL, the Collective represents one of the most expansive and concentrated networks in luxury hospitality.

Within this context, partnerships play a critical role—not as marketing extensions, but as a means of delivering differentiated access, relevance, and value to Members and guests.

The Role The Director of Brand Partnerships will lead the strategy, development, and management of brand partnerships across the Collective. Reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy, this role operates with a high degree of autonomy and cross-functional visibility.

The position is responsible for both stewarding an established portfolio of partners and developing new, revenue-generating relationships that align with the Collective’s positioning and audience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and evolve a portfolio of approximately 40 brand partnerships across Exclusive Resorts, Inspirato, and onefinestay

Maintain senior-level relationships and ensure a high standard of partner stewardship

Oversee the delivery and optimization of Member and guest benefits, including travel, lifestyle, and experiential partnerships

Lead renewals and renegotiations to enhance value, expand scope across brands, and improve commercial outcomes

Identify opportunities to scale partnerships across the Collective while maintaining brand integrity

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Events, Sales, and Member Experience teams to ensure cohesive integration

New Business Development & Sponsorship Revenue

Develop and execute a partnership growth strategy across key luxury sectors, including private aviation, hospitality, wellness, fashion, automotive, and financial services

Source, structure, and close new partnerships and sponsorship agreements

Create integrated, multi-brand programs spanning print, digital, CRM, events, and experiential platforms

Ensure partnerships balance brand alignment with measurable commercial impact

Event & Experiential Integration

Partner with Events teams to integrate sponsors into Member and guest experiences in a seamless and considered manner

Ensure all activations reflect the standards and expectations of a luxury audience

Collaborate with Sales and Growth teams to leverage partnerships for acquisition, lead generation, and conversion

Operational Excellence & Reporting

Develop annual partnership plans aligned with broader business and marketing objectives

Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and contract oversight

Establish and track KPIs across revenue, renewals, engagement, and Member value

Deliver quarterly reporting to senior leadership, including performance against plan, pipeline health, and ROI of partnership activity

Translate performance insights into clear recommendations for optimization and growth

Monitor industry trends to inform strategy and identify emerging opportunities

Profile

7-10yearsofdirectexperience

Established relationships within the luxury ecosystem

Strong commercial acumen and experience structuring high-value agreements

Ability to operate independently while collaborating effectively across functions

High attention to detail and a strong sense of brand alignment

Comfort operating across both strategic and executional priorities
