We're seeking a **Senior Consultant- Supply Chain** in **Charlotte** to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
**SUMMARY:**
Work client strategy consulting engagements spanning Distribution Network Optimization, Warehousing Facility Design and Performance Improvement, Inventory Strategy. Contribute to new/enhanced Supply Chain service offering development and author relevant industry leading thought leadership materials. Support business development activities and serve as a career coach to junior consultants.
**YOU WILL:*** 3+ years of experience within the supply chain, logistics, or warehousing industry, including at least two years within a professional services organization (consulting or software services).* The ability to travel to fulfill client requirements and project needs, and for personal development.* An entrepreneurial mindset, including an excellent ability to uncover new opportunities for account growth and impact.* An ability to authentically establish credibility, build consensus, and activate collaboration with clients and teammates.* A demonstrated track record of successfully working on large, complex consulting engagements, including roles that involved managing and interfacing with senior-level client executives.* Excellent interpersonal communication skills with professional staff, senior level executives, and the community at large.* Creative ingenuity and a proven ability to find or design simple solutions to complex challenges.* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or business management, or relevant work experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
