Meet virtually with pre-scheduled clients through Zoom consultations

Help individuals and families understand available benefit options

Provide clear explanations of coverage programs and answer client questions

Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance standards are followed

Participate in training sessions, mentorship programs, and professional development workshops
