We are looking for a capable and skilled carpenter to join our team. NBI specializes in remodeling - transforming homes with craftsmanship and care. We are seeking a lead carpenter who is as passionate about teaching and mentoring as they are about fine craftsmanship. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in the high-end remodel environment, maintains impeccable standards, and takes pride in developing the next generation of skilled carpenters. You’ll oversee daily site operations, guide other carpenters, and ensure that each project meets our high standards for quality, performance, and client experience.
