Responsibilities

Prospect Management (50%) : Proactively monitor prospects, collaborate with fundraisers, conduct advance reviews, confirm stewardship activities, conduct strategy sessions, train new fundraisers, etc.

Data Management & Reporting (30%) : Gain understanding of CRM data, build reports, prepare forecasts, maintain reporting, collaborate with IT, serve as liaison.

Portfolio Management (20%) : Review portfolios, conduct strategy sessions, identify new prospects, assist with portfolio adjustments, prioritize prospects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent and 2 years of professional experience.

Understanding of customer relationship management concepts.

Ability to move between detailed and strategic work.

Significant experience with Excel, PowerBI, Qlik or equivalent.

Skilled interpreting data strategically.

Ability to work on multiple projects under strict deadlines.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Physical Demands Some light lifting. Driving is not a responsibility. This position is a position of trust and has security access.
