In partnership with physician and administrative leaders, takes the leadership role in developing, articulating, and implementing a shared vision and a comprehensive strategic plan for Invasive and Anesthesia Services. Establishes priorities for and evaluates the progress and success that positions Children's Wisconsin as the premier provider of services for care in the following areas: Surgical Services (Milwaukee and SGM), Interventional Services (Cath Lab, SPR, IR), Perfusion, Transplant Services, Solid organ Transplant, and Dialysis. Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to assure the direction, planning, and evaluation of service delivery, outcomes, and overall operations. This leader is accountable to the strategy and operations of Invasive and operative services to assure alignment with the Strategic plan and values of the organization. Establishes key partnerships with providers and administrative colleagues, community providers, and interest groups that influence referral patterns and standard setting practices as well as regulatory and accrediting bodies.* Master's Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Nursing or related field. required.* 10+ years of progressively responsible clinical leadership experience to include knowledge of organization, operation and coordination of hospital activities required.* Proven experience in program development and expansion. required.* Excellent consultative, collaboration and communication skills necessary to partner with teams from Children’s Wisconsin, Medical College, physicians, patients, families and others from the community to achieve customer goals.* Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.* Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex healthcare challenges.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders.* Proficient financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.* In-depth knowledge of healthcare operations, regulations, and industry trends.* Ability to navigate and collaborate in a highly regulated and dynamic healthcare environment.* Proficient in utilizing technology and data analytics to drive decision-making and process improvement.* Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.* Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing circumstances and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.* Commitment to patient safety, quality improvement, and delivering patient-centered care.Children's Wisconsin is an equal opportunity / affirmative action employer.
