Front Desk Sales Associate – Lash Extension Salon, Atlanta
What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls and convert inquiries into bookings
Follow up on leads quickly and confidently
Sell memberships and retail products
Create an exceptional first impression for every guest
Qualifications & Ideal Candidate
Enjoys talking on the phone
Is naturally personable and persuasive
Likes performance‑based pay
Wants control over how much they earn
Has experience working in a salon with MindBody (desired but not required)
Compensation
Hourly base + commission + bonuses
Typical earnings: $17–$20 per hour
