Assistant Vice President, Global MICROSOFT Partner Sales & GTM Leader!
The Microsoft Partnership Manager will own the execution of our Microsoft GTM strategy, converting partnership initiatives into measurable sales outcomes. This role is responsible for driving pipeline growth, bookings, and consumption revenue through co-sell motions, marketplace offerings, and joint GTM campaigns with Microsoft. Acting as the primary ambassador for our brand within the Microsoft ecosystem, this individual will foster strong seller-to-seller relationships, leverage incentive programs, and ensure operational excellence across partnership processes.
Responsibilities Build and convert Partner Qualified Leads (PQLs) into opportunities and bookings.
Drive co-sell motions with Microsoft field teams, ensuring opportunity registration in Partner Center.
Own pipeline targets for new logo acquisition and portfolio expansion across priority workloads (Azure, Modern Work, Security, Business Applications).
Collaborate with internal sales teams to integrate partner opportunities into account plans and close strategies.
Publish and maintain transactable offers on Azure Marketplace/AppSource.
Partnership Management Serve as the single point of contact for Microsoft partnership at the regional level.
Establish and maintain trusted relationships with Microsoft stakeholders.
Execute joint GTM initiatives, campaigns, and events to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Funding & Process Optimization Maximize utilization of Microsoft incentive programs (ECIF, Azure Innovate) to accelerate deal closure.
Collaborate with Partner Operations to streamline processes and reporting.
Measurement & Reporting Track KPIs: pipeline growth, bookings, ACR influence, incentive capture, and marketplace performance.
Conduct regular business reviews and pipeline governance with internal and Microsoft stakeholders.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Experience in partner management, technology sales, or business development.
Proven success in driving GTM initiatives and co-sell motions with Microsoft.
Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, data, AI, security).
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
Ability to manage complex projects in a matrix environment and deliver results under ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills Strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams and partner executives.
Comfort with CRM systems, Partner Center, and marketplace operations.
Willingness to travel (up to 30–40%) for partner meetings and events.
KPIs Co-sell pipeline and bookings.
Marketplace offer performance.
Maintenance of Microsoft partnership credentials.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$100,000 to $125,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
