Overview:
This position will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of ADP Program Finance activities. The role supports a multitude of program finance functions, including establishing and managing Performance Measurement Baselines, analyzing and reconciling costs, developing Estimates at Complete (EAC), conducting Earned Value analysis, and performing variance analysis using enterprise toolsets. The candidate will perform financial cost analyses, prepare reports and contractual deliverables, assist with corrective action plans, and present findings to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Execute day-to-day Program Finance activities in support of ADP programs within Skunk Works.
Establish, manage, and maintain Performance Measurement Baselines (PMB) aligned with program requirements.
Analyze and reconcile actual costs, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and compliance with financial standards.
Develop and maintain Estimates at Complete (EAC), incorporating cost performance, risks, and program changes.
Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis, selecting and applying appropriate earned value techniques.
Prepare variance analyses and provide clear, actionable explanations using enterprise financial toolsets.
Conduct financial cost analyses, including cost allocation, cost control, and trend analysis.
Prepare program financial reports, contractual deliverables, and materials for internal and external reviews.
Support the development and documentation of corrective action plans to address cost and schedule variances.
Prepare financial analyses and briefings for presentation to program leadership and management.

You communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams, stay calm under pressure, and take pride in supporting programs to remain financially healthy, compliant, and on track.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (4 years experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree).
Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) concepts and their application.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Financial analysis experience.
Required to work on-site full-time.
Desired Skills
Familiarity with the monthly Earned Value reporting cycle, including Estimated Actuals, Performance, Estimate to Complete analysis, Variance Analysis Reports, Performance Reviews, CDRLs (IPMR/IPMDAR, CFSR, CSDR), BCRs, and monthly financial reporting.
Experience with SAP, Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting (ADAR), and cost systems similar to Deltek Cobra.
Experience in developing program budgets and Estimates at Completion.
Ability to develop self-generated queries for data analysis.
High interpersonal skills for interacting with senior leadership, control account managers, program management leads, and other program finance personnel across multiple sites.
Experience presenting raw data in written or oral form for concise management reports.
Ability to lead and mentor less senior analysts.
Experience playing a key role within a diverse multidisciplinary team.
DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
US Citizenship required.
