Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with participation in an on-call rotation. Why This Role Matters

As a

MaintenanceTechnician I , you are the foundation of the maintenance team. You support property upkeep, completeroutinerepairs, and build essential trade skills that prepare you for advancement within multifamily maintenance. What You’ll Do

Property Care & Basic Maintenance Maintainpropertygrounds andcommon areas. Completeroutineservice requests and make-ready tasks. Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs. Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets. Operational Support Assistwith inspections and preventative maintenance. Support seasonal preparation and storm response. Maintain clean work and storage areas. Respond to on-call and emergency service requests. Safety, Tools & Compliance Follow all company safety protocols. Maintain a basic personal tool kit. Complete required training and compliance courses. Additional Duties This role may includeadditionalduties consistent with the position. How You’ll Show Up

Experience 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred). Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting. High School Diploma or GED. Skills Ability to safelyoperatehand and basic power toolsto complete minor repairs. Understandingchemical safety procedures. Basic computerand mobileliteracyand familiarity with work-order systems. Other Requirements

Availability This position will require availability for nights, weekends, and holidays asneeded.Activeparticipation in team functions and regional or company activities is expected. Physical Demands This positionnecessitatesregular periods of sitting, standing, walking,climbing, bending, kneeling, reachingas well as use of hands and arms.The role may requireliftingto 50 pounds independently.The ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditoryalarms isessential.Specific vision requirements include the ability to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depthperception,and the ability to adjust focus.Theteammembermust be able to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, includingrain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet.Working ata personal computer for administrative tasks andusingmobile devices while in the field isrequired.
