Senior Regional Property Manager
Multifamily Property Management | Garden-Style Value-Add Portfolio
We’re partnering with a growing multifamily real estate owner/operator seeking a senior operations leader to help scale and refine a garden-style value-add multifamily portfolio.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Regional Manager, Regional Director, or Senior Multifamily Operations Leader who wants broader influence across portfolio operations, revenue strategy, and team development.
The company already has a strong operational foundation in place. Leadership is now focused on strengthening SOPs, improving operational efficiency, and building the infrastructure needed for long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
Oversee operational performance across a multifamily portfolio
Refine and implement property management SOPs
Lead rent strategy and revenue optimization initiatives
Mentor and develop Property Managers and regional leadership
Partner with marketing leadership on leasing and performance strategy
Identify opportunities to improve NOI, efficiency, and portfolio performance
Who We’re Looking For
10+ years in multifamily property management operations
Current Regional Manager, Regional Director, or senior operations leader
Experience with garden-style or value-add apartment portfolios
Strong background in rent strategy, team development, and operations
A hands-on leader who enjoys working closely with onsite teams
