Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes by offering premium handyman services, remodeling, home assessments, and regular maintenance.
This is a role for a skilled professional who leads by example, brings out the best in others, and takes pride in work that makes a real difference. A Lead Home Service Technician should be reliable and able to provide general home services to our customers in our community. 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work, have your own neat, clean, appropriate vehicle free of dents and rust, able to transport materials and supplies, and own a set of tools.

What You’ll Do
Perform high‑quality home maintenance and repair projects
Lead, coach, and support a team of Tru‑Pro® technicians
Uphold TruBlue’s high standard of professionalism, reliability, and customer care
Communicate clearly with customers and help manage expectations on‑site
Ensure safety, accuracy, and consistency across every project
Common projects include
Bathroom and kitchen upgrades/renovations/repairs
Drywall repair and patching
Flooring installation and repair
General carpentry/rotten wood repair
Interior and exterior painting
Basic plumbing and electrical
Who You Are
10+ years of hands‑on home repair or construction experience
Experience managing or mentoring other technicians is preferred
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Committed to doing the job right and doing right by your team and clients; when a project is completed, you make sure it looks better than when you got there.
Valid driver’s license, reliable appropriate vehicle (truck, van or SUV suitable for our line of work), and full toolset
Fluent in English
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
