Ideal candidate will possess the following:

At least three years of previous Sales Manager experience including selling and drafting contracts.

Previous experience within hotels is a required.

Working knowledge of hotel proprietary systems is preferred; Hilton systems knowledge is a plus!

Salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000

Hilton offers a best-in market SIP (Short-Term Incentive Plan) to our Sales, Catering & Events teams to reward our employees for their contributions to our company’s financial success. The Plan includes a quarterly component worth 20% of bonus eligible earnings. The quarterly incentive may have multiple individually weighted objectives, meaning multiple opportunities to earn a payout.

What will I be doing?

Researches, develops and solicits new FIT and Group Tour business while maintaining relationships with current accounts.

Travels outside of the office to meet with customers and prospective customers to develop business, make proposals, negotiate contracts, maintain contacts, conduct site inspections and close deals.

Consistently meets with and entertains customers, conducts property tours, participates in tradeshows and industry and community events to promote facilities and services.

Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
