Summary
Become part of a rapidly growing business by joining IFP Motion Solutions as an Inside Sales Coordinator. This position is for our Cedar Rapids, IA location.
Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include handling incoming customer calls for quotes, order entry, delivery information, troubleshooting and application questions. Job requires sitting for extended periods of time.
Qualifications and Skills Have strong computer skills including the MS Office Suite and experience with an ERP or CRM system. Must demonstrate exceptional people skills, customer service experience in a technical industrial environment, and above‑average mechanical aptitude. Previous experience with hydraulics a plus.
Experience Two years customer service. Two years in an industrial or technical environment.
Education High School Diploma required. Two‑year degree preferred.
