About the Role:
The Cloud Security Alliance is seeking a Strategic Account Executive who can help drive the next phase of growth across our enterprise ecosystem.
This role focuses on building strategic relationships with Global 2000 organizations and helping them engage with CSA through enterprise membership, initiative participation, research sponsorship, and training programs.
Success in this role requires the ability to develop strong executive relationships, identify strategic opportunities, and connect organizations to CSA initiatives and programs that align with their business and security priorities.
The ideal candidate is someone who can build long-term partnerships, navigate complex organizations, and help expand CSA’s role within the global cybersecurity and cloud security ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with Global 2000 organizations to expand CSA’s enterprise membership base and deepen engagement across CSA programs.
Identify and develop opportunities for organizations to participate in CSA initiatives, including working groups, strategic programs, and solution provider investments.
Drive research sponsorship opportunities connected to CSA research programs and analyst services.
Expand enterprise adoption of CSA training programs across security, risk, and technology teams.
Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and other senior leaders responsible for cybersecurity, cloud security, and AI governance.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder engagements that include enterprise memberships, initiative participation, research sponsorship, and training adoption.
Partner with CSA leadership, the Office of the Chief Analyst, and the training team to develop strategic engagement opportunities for enterprise organizations.
Represent CSA at industry conferences, executive briefings, and strategic meetings.
Provide market insights to leadership to help guide CSA initiatives, research priorities, and go-to-market strategy.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting using CRM systems.
Qualifications
Five or more years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, or ecosystem development involving Global 2000 organizations.
Proven ability to close complex deals through enterprise memberships, sponsorship programs, or strategic partnerships.
Strong executive presence and ability to build relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders.
Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities through strategic engagement and industry relationships.
Experience managing pipeline and forecasting through CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
Experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, artificial intelligence, or enterprise technology ecosystems is strongly preferred.
Experience working with industry alliances, research organizations, analyst services, or technology consortia is a plus.
