**Available Location:** Alpharetta, GA
Team members are expected to come into the Alpharetta office as needed, based on business requirements and team collaboration needs. There is no fixed minimum number of in-office days; instead, attendance will be determined by project demands, meetings, and manager guidance. Any changes to your primary work location should follow the appropriate process as outlined in our handbook.**Key Responsibilities:**Resource each client with solutions tailored to their unique goals and requirements
Advocate for each client to ensure frictionless customer experience by coordinating among our internal teams - Sales, Billing, Payments, Services, Education, Support, other Ministry Brands teams, etc.
Passionate about assisting others and enthusiastic about helping purpose driven organizations, primarily churches Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience2+ years of experience in client management, preferably in a setting with ongoing client relationships or related fieldsExcellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow-up skills Experience in SaaS or technology industry, preferredExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to learn and demonstrate company product solutions (ChMS, Giving, Mobile, etc.) Ability to learn and use internal business systems (Salesforce, Workday, ZenDesk, etc.) Excellent relationship building skills and ability to work both individually and as a member of a team across all organizational levels
Strong client focus with exceptional collaborative and influencing skills Excellent verbal and written communication, organization and follow up skills
Ability to navigate difficult conversations toward positive outcomes
