Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager required for a manufacturer in St Louis, MO.
The Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the inside sales team, assisting with RFQ's and being a main point of contact for key accounts across the US.
The Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager will have demonstrated experience leading an inside sales team within a manufacturing organization, ideally flow control / valves / pumps / rotating equipment products.
Package
Up to $120,000 base salary + quarterly bonus incentive

Role for Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager
Oversee and manage the inside sales team and customer service representatives.
Provide technical support and ensure accurate quoting and order processing.
Collaborate with outside sales to assist in managing customer relationships.
Take inbound sales calls and follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop sales strategies and sales plans
Identify opportunities for process improvement in order entry and customer engagement
Day to day operations in St Louis, MO

Proven experience working as a Inside Sales Manager / Lead Applications Engineer / Engineering Sales Manager / Applications Engineer
Experience working with a manufacturing organization, with preference to flow control / valves / pumps / rotating equipment / compressors and related products
Candidates with experience in CNC / Mechanical Engineering / Cutting Tools / Automation / HVAC / Oil & Gas / General Manufacturing will be considered
Conversant with ERP, CRM systems and microsoft office suite
Proven experience leading and managing a team
