About the role (This is an on-site position, located at The Odyssey.)
We are seeking an outgoing, energetic, and creative Brand Ambassador to represent a property that we manage, The Odyssey. The Brand Ambassador will help build a strong sense of community both online and in-person. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys social media, event planning, and connecting with people.
What you'll do
Promote The Odyssey brand through social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Create engaging content including photos, videos, and stories
Assist in planning and hosting resident events and community activations
Serve as a friendly, approachable point of contact for current and prospective residents
Conduct property tours and highlight amenities when needed
Collaborate with the leasing and management team to increase visibility and engagement
Represent the property at local events, campus activities, or outreach opportunities
Qualifications
Strong social media presence and content creation skills
Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Passion for marketing, branding, or community engagement
Prior experience in promotions, customer service, or event planning is a plus
