Overall Scope Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS), a global leader in fueling and payment technologies, is seeking a Marketing Manager to support marketing programs across North America. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketing generalist who enjoys building marketing assets, coordinating campaigns, and supporting initiatives that engage distributors, sales teams, and customers.

Working closely with product marketing, digital marketing, sales enablement, and creative resources, the Marketing Manager helps execute marketing programs that promote DFS solutions and support commercial growth. Initial priorities for the role include distributor marketing initiatives, campaign execution, and regional field marketing support.

This position plays an important role in helping the marketing organization deliver programs efficiently and ensure partners and sales teams have the tools and materials needed to effectively represent DFS solutions in the market.

Responsibilities Marketing Program Execution

Support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives that promote DFS products and solutions across North America.

Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives across product marketing, digital marketing, and creative resources.

Develop marketing materials including presentations, campaign assets, promotional content, and sales support collateral.

Assist in the execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives.

Help ensure marketing materials align with messaging developed by product marketing and adhere to DFS brand standards.

Manage marketing project timelines and coordinate asset development across internal teams and external partners.

Channel Marketing and Distributor Support

Support marketing initiatives that help DFS distributors effectively promote and sell DFS solutions.

Develop distributor‑ready marketing materials including campaign kits, product collateral, and promotional assets.

Assist in coordinating co‑marketing initiatives and localized marketing programs with distributor partners.

Support distributor communications, marketing campaigns, and partner engagement initiatives.

Coordinate marketing support for distributor meetings, regional trade shows, and partner events.

Ensure distributor partners have access to current marketing resources and product information.

Field Marketing and Event Support

Partner with regional sales teams to support marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and pipeline development.

Assist with planning and execution of trade shows, regional events, and customer engagement programs.

Develop presentations, event materials, and supporting marketing assets.

Support targeted marketing initiatives aligned with key accounts or regional opportunities.

Coordinate logistics and marketing support for field marketing activities.

Marketing Coordination and Operations

Support day‑to‑day coordination across the marketing team to ensure programs run efficiently.

Track marketing project progress and assist with campaign performance reporting.

Coordinate asset updates, approvals, and marketing deliverables across internal teams.

Support vendor coordination and marketing program logistics.

Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and marketing program documentation.

Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a marketing generalist who enjoys building and executing marketing programs in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.

Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, or marketing programs in a B2B environment.

Strong writing, communication, and content development skills.

Highly organized with strong project management and coordination abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, and partner organizations.

Experience working with channel or distributor‑based business models is a plus.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

4–6 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology, industrial, or channel‑driven industries.

Experience supporting marketing campaigns, marketing programs, or events.

Strong written communication and marketing content development skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms preferred.

Ability to travel up to 20–25%.

Work Arrangement Onsite. Bonus Eligible: This position is eligible to earn a discretionary bonus based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable bonus plan.
