Job Overview: 12pm-8pm (Shift subject to change based on business needs) The primary responsibility of the Casino Marketing Manager is to manage the day-to-day operations of the host team in an effort to realize increased revenue from VIP players. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and WCH’s policies, practices, and procedures. This job manages the Executive Hosts and Casino Hosts.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manages host program, which includes, but is not limited to: departmental policies, codes, reports, establishing goals and expectations, tools and accountability
Manages the host contact-management tool
Manages entertainment events, which includes, but is not limited to: event scheduling, seating, and staffing; ticket sales and delivery; and fulfillment of entertainer riders.
Increases VIP revenue, number of coded VIPs, number of VIP trips and average VIP ADT
Partners with the Promotions Manager to develop VIP events
Executes all Casino Marketing business plans to ensure performance and profit objectives for short and long-term goals are met
Ensures that corporate comp policies and procedures are followed and maintained
Yields VIP events, concerts and the hotel (where applicable)
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Job Requirements (please ensure you meet the listed requirements prior to applying)
High School diploma or GED
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Related Field AND two (2) years Supervisory experience- required
OR Four (4) years’ experience in a Management position- required
OR Three (3) years’ experience in a Supervisory position with Wind Creek Hospitality- required
Three (3) years of experience managing High-end Casino guest processes- required
Three (3) years of experience in Player Development as a successful, top performing Host or Executive Host – required
Must be proficient in database analysis, planning and execution of marketing campaigns, guest events and entertainment events
Must be a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency in tackling challenges
Must have strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Must have Superior people skills and an exceptional “Service Attitude”
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of professionalism
Extensive knowledge of CMP or Opera systems
Experience in casino floor or hotel operations
Must be able to achieve goals and work high pressure environment based on making quotas
Willing and able to work various hours and shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required
Must have a Tribal Gaming License (or the ability to obtain and maintain a license) is required for this position
Must have willingness and ability to work in a smoke/secondary smoke environment.
