COMPANY is seeking a talented and motivated
Residential Landscape Designer
to join our Northern Colorado
design-build
team. This position is open due to the replacement of a valued team member and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-end residential landscape projects from
concept through construction and installation . Landscape Design Build Projects from 65-4 million. We are looking for a creative professional who thrives in a
design-build environment , where collaboration with construction teams is essential Key Responsibilities Develop creative and buildable landscape design concepts for residential projects Prepare detailed site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, and
construction-ready documents Meet with clients to understand their vision, needs, budget, and project goals Conduct site analysis, including grading, drainage, and constructability considerations Collaborate closely with
project managers, estimators, and installation crews
to ensure seamless project delivery Select plant materials and hardscape elements appropriate for the Northern Colorado climate and site conditions Create 2D and/or 3D renderings and presentations for client review Revise designs based on client feedback, budget, and field conditions Participate in project handoffs and provide support during construction to ensure
design intent is executed accurately Visit job sites as needed to coordinate with field teams and resolve design challenges in real time Qualifications for client review
Revise designs based on client feedback and project constraints Support project execution and ensure design intent is carried through installation Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, or related field preferred 2–5+ years of experience in residential landscape design Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar) Strong knowledge of plant materials suitable for Colorado climates Understanding of grading, drainage, and construction detailing Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a
