Full-time, 12-month Act 93 administrative position reporting to the Business Manager. Responsible for overseeing all human resource functions including recruitment, hiring, employee relations, compliance with federal/state laws and PA School Code, labor relations support, personnel records, certifications/clearances, and HR policy implementation. Position also includes collaboration with payroll on leave programs, oversight of substitute staffing, and coordination of evaluations, discipline, and personnel processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of HR or administrative experience required; public school experience
preferred. Strong knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR best practices.
Bachelors degree preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.
