This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.**About the Role**We’re looking for a highly technical and results-driven professional to join our team as Senior Salesforce AI Automation Engineer (Agentforce & Data Cloud). In this role, you will design, deliver, and operate production-grade AI-driven automation at enterprise scale. You will replace manual or fragile business processes with secure, auditable, and resilient automation that delivers measurable business outcomes. You will own execution end-to-end, from requirements through production and steady-state operation, working closely with technology, data, security, and business stakeholders.**What You’ll Do*** Own delivery of AI-driven automation solutions from requirements definition through production deployment and ongoing operation.* Architect and implement AI-powered automation across critical enterprise business processes.* Design workflows combining LLMs, deterministic logic, orchestration, and enterprise systems.* Implement LLM prompting strategies, RAG pipelines, and orchestration logic.* Integrate automation solutions with ERP, CRM, data platforms, and internal APIs.* Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready Python code.* Troubleshoot and resolve failures across AI models, data pipelines, and system integrations.* Build monitoring, logging, audit trails, and evaluation metrics for AI systems.* Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable automation solutions.**Basic Qualifications*** 5–8 years of experience in Salesforce software engineering, automation, and applied AI.* Proven experience deploying AI-driven or complex automation systems into production environments.* Strong Python skills and experience building production-grade systems.* Experience integrating with enterprise platforms, data systems, and APIs.* Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and orchestration frameworks.* Salesforce certifications including Agentforce, Data Cloud, or Developer.**Preferred Qualifications*** Education: College/University degree preferred.* Experience operating within security, compliance, and change-management constraints.* Experience implementing monitoring, reliability, and governance frameworks.* Strong ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.* Experience working with cross-functional enterprise stakeholders.* Ability to balance innovation with reliability, security, and maintainability.**Location**: Hopkins, MN OfficeThe hiring base salary range for this position is $111,100-$152,800 USD annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location.
