The Orchard Church is seeking a passionate and relational
Part‑Time Director of Student Ministry
(approximately 20 hours per week) to lead and grow our ministry with middle and high school students (grades 6–12).
This leader will partner with families to help students encounter Jesus and grow into fully devoted followers of Christ. We are looking for someone who is energetic, organized, and committed to building meaningful relationships with students while creating engaging, Christ‑centered environments.

The Orchard Church is a church in Loganville, GA known for its welcoming and joy‑filled atmosphere, commitment to spiritual transformation and community outreach, highly engaged membership in both growth and service, and large multi‑generational ministry. 30% of our church is under the age of 18. We are called to Encounter Jesus, Experience Transformation, and Embrace Everyone (especially the community around us).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all aspects of Student Ministry (grades 6–12)
Plan and lead weekly programming (Sunday and Wednesday gatherings)
Build relationships with students and their families
Recruit, train, and support volunteer leaders
Plan and coordinate events, retreats, and mission opportunities
Create a safe, fun, and spiritually engaging environment for students
Qualifications
A growing personal faith in Jesus Christ
A heart for students and their spiritual development
Strong relational and leadership skills
Ability to organize, communicate, and lead effectively
Experience in student ministry (preferred but not required)
