Description The Sr. Director, FP&A Transformation & AI Enablement is a senior finance leader responsible for designing and embedding a modern, AI‑enabled FP&A operating model and processes across planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support. Reporting to the Head of Global Finance Analytics (GFA), this role serves as the FP&A AI strategy owner, translating manual intensive financial reporting and analysis activities into practical, scalable capabilities and solutions that improve insight quality, speed of decision‑making, and forecast accuracy. The role operates at the intersection of Business Finance, Enterprise FP&A, Analytics, and Technology, with a strong emphasis on hands‑on delivery, adoption, and change. This leader moves FP&A from periodic reporting to continuous, forward‑looking insight, leveraging Copilot, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation embedded directly into day‑to‑day FP&A workflows.

This is a remote role, based anywhere in the US.

The Role FP&A AI Strategy & Operating Model

Own the AI strategy for FP&A, defining the roadmap, priorities, and value targets across planning, forecasting, performance management, and decision support

Design and continuously evolve the FP&A operating model, ensuring AI‑enabled insights are embedded into standard processes rather than delivered as standalone tools

Partner with Business Finance leaders to align AI / Analytics use cases to real end‑user needs for Business Finance and Business leaders, not technology experimentation

Hands‑On AI & Analytics Enablement

Lead the hands‑on design, build, and deployment of AI‑enabled FP&A solutions, including Copilot‑driven / agent-based workflows, predictive analytics, scenario modeling, and intelligent automation embedded into core FP&A processes

Ensure AI solutions are explainable, trusted, and finance‑grade, with appropriate controls and governance

Shift FP&A effort from manual analysis and reporting toward broad‑based adoption of AI solutions by Finance and Business leaders to accelerate insight generation and decision support

Enterprise Integration & Standardization

Serve as the primary FP&A interface between Business Finance, Enterprise FP&A, GFA capability centers, Technology, and Data teams

Harmonize FP&A processes and analytics standards across Business Finance and Enterprise FP&A to reduce fragmentation and duplication

Ensure consistency and comparability of FP&A metrics, assumptions, and outputs across businesses to enable enterprise‑wide performance views and decision‑making

Decision‑Grade Data & Insight Enablement

Partner with upstream data domain owners and Technology to connect FP&A data end‑to‑end, improving data quality and consistency to enable a cohesive narrative around business performance and key drivers

Ensure FP&A analytics and AI solutions are powered by consistent, governed data aligned to financial and operational realities

Act as the voice of FP&A in shaping analytics capabilities, without owning underlying data platforms or pipelines

Change Leadership & Adoption

Act as a visible change leader, challenging legacy processes and accelerating adoption through hands‑on delivery

Build trust in AI‑enabled insights by demonstrating accuracy, transparency, and business relevance

Upskill FP&A teams in modern analytics and AI‑augmented ways of working

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

12+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, or advanced financial analytics

Proven track recordimplementing andembedding analytics or AI into core finance processes (planning, forecasting, performance management)

Hands‑on mindset with the ability to both set strategy and deliver solutions

Strong FP&A domain expertise paired with high AI and analytics fluency

Experience partnering with Data, Technology, and Analytics teams in complex enterprises

Strong change leadership and stakeholder influence across senior finance and business leaders

Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $190,000– $220,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short‑term incentive bonus.
