As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and evolving our global compensation programs. You’ll partner closely with HR, leaders across the business, and cross‑functional teams to create compensation solutions that are competitive, scalable, and aligned to our strategy.
Solution Consultant As a Solution Consultant, your primary responsibility will be demonstrating Tyler’s Public Safety solution to prospective clients during the sales process.
Product Management Lead This is a player/coach role responsible for both leading a growing product team and serving as the lead Product Manager for the platform. The ideal candidate brings strong GovTech experience, a modern product mindset, and the ability to shape a modular platform that functions as a cross‑product citizen experience layer.
Senior Software Engineer Solid development, systems, and automation expertise in a full stack environment. Demonstrated experience building fault‑tolerant applications at scale on the cloud infrastructure. Technology stack includes .NET, Angular, HTML5, SQL, and cloud/AWS.
Senior Payroll Administrator Responsible for accurate and timely administration of multi‑state US and Canada payroll. Serves as subject matter expert, interprets payroll regulations, and supports the Payroll Team Lead with complex compliance and audit initiatives.
Software Support Representative Provides software support for Tyler clients in the use, functionality, and understanding of our products. Resolves easy‑to‑moderate client software issues through data analysis, troubleshooting, and best‑practice communication.
Dynamics 365 CE Sr. Application Engineer Drives adoption and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE at Tyler Technologies. Supports design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the platform to enhance customer engagement.
Implementation Consultant (Entry Level) Dynamic role for recent college graduates. Handles multiple tasks that drive the successful implementation of our Document Automation solution for clients.
Senior Software Support Specialist Mid‑level position focused on ensuring timely resolution of client Document Recording software issues. Requires strong problem‑solving and customer‑centric skills.
