Director, Project Management Description Our client is looking for a Director of Project Management to lead large‑scope, high‑impact initiatives across the organization. Director, Project Management Responsibilities
Lead large‑scope, enterprise‑level projects, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines
Define, implement, and continuously improve project management frameworks, methodologies, and reporting tools
Partner with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams to clarify priorities, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes
Establish stage gates, dashboards, and KPIs to improve accountability, measure impact, and support data‑driven decision making
Drive change management, adoption of best practices, and stakeholder engagement across business units
Facilitate prioritization and coordination across competing initiatives, balancing risk, cost, and schedule
Present project and program updates with actionable insights to senior leadership
Director, Project Management Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
10+ years of progressive project/program management experience required
Proven success leading large‑scale, complex, or enterprise‑level initiatives required
Experience in technology, manufacturing, engineering, or scientific environments required
