Responsible for the overall direction, management and performance of the Slot department. Manage and direct the activities of the slot department operations to maximize slot machine revenue. Ensures security of all slot department and company assets.
Essential Job Functions:
Excellent internal/external guest service;
Ensure proper procedures are being followed in accordance with company policy and gaming regulations as well as state and federal;
Personally and/or through delegated responsibility, supervise, hire, schedule, train, evaluate, coach, counsel Slot Department employees;
Evaluate and participate in the approval of guest credit;
Performs slot department performance analyses, operations analyses and other related functions;
Remain abreast of all current and upcoming regulations, technologies, trends and practices; make recommendations to senior management on same;
Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Education Preferred Bachelors or better.
