Territory Sales Manager – Stainless Steel Tanks Remote with Travel Required
Watson Metal Masters is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the Stainless Steel Tank market. The ideal candidate communicates with integrity, creates customer enthusiasm, and excels in solution-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow solution-focused sales for Watson Metal Masters tanks
Support end users, distributors, and dealer networks
Build strong customer relationships through responsive, professional service
Meet or exceed assigned sales goals in your territory
Plan and prioritize sales activities efficiently
Travel approximately 25% and attend trade shows across the U.S.
Follow up on leads and manage your own project estimates
Qualifications
2–3 years of proven sales experience; manufacturing experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required
Ability to work remotely and travel as needed
Physical & Safety Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods when on-site
Must be able to lift 25 lbs routinely and occasionally up to 50 lbs
Must follow safety procedures, including wearing safety glasses and steel-toe boots
