Our client, a leading Personal Injury law firm, has an immediate need for an experienced
Personal Injury Paralegal , to join their winning team in Clifton.
Our candidate of choice will bring a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a Paralegal and must be proficient in litigation with strong ability to prioritize an active case list and meet deadlines. Spanish speaking is strongly preferred!!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Managing files from intake to completion.
Tracking documents, preparing pleadings & motions, interrogatories, expert requests, and other legal documents under the direction of the attorney.
Previous experience as a paralegal in a legal field
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Minimum 5+ years of experience (plaintiffs only)
Bilingual strongly preferred (Spanish)
Proficiency with Filevine (used to use Needles)
Must live within 30-minute drive of office
Professional appearance required: business casual, no jeans, sneakers, leggings, facial tattoos, or nose piercings; client-facing ready
