In Pulaski are our specialists for imaging, digital printing and release papers. In addition to sales and distribution for North America, the more than 100 employees take care of converting and packaging for the domestic market. Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for accounting, controlling,taxand treasuryin the US. Development and establishment ofa future-oriented, KPI-based finance function. Leading and developing a multi-sitefinanceorganization with3employees. Optimizationof controlling structures (includingoperations, sales, investment controlling) As part of the Group Finance team, design global processes,structuresand systems & toolsthat acceleratetheGroupsfinancial performance. Business Partner:Close cooperation withCEO,businesssegments,operationsand otherstakeholders. Managementof forecasting,financialplanningand reporting processes Responsibility for financial stability and compliance:Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including tax laws. Driver ofculturaltransformation of the finance organization. Requirements:
Degree inbusiness administration, finance, controllingor similar;MBA preferred Several years ofManagementExperience inFinance of an internationalmanufacturingcompany In depthknowledge of theUS GAAP,TaxandTreasury Experience in transformation and change processes Hands-on mentality with a strategic mindset Strong communicationskills in dealing with diverse stakeholders Abilityto travel (moderate; approx.2x yeartoGermany,morefrequentlyto Canada) Strongknowledge ofSAP andcomfortableinotherdigital tools Preferred experience in owner-managed structures or medium-sized corporations Experience in manufacturing environmenthighly preferred On-site position in CentralNew Yorklocation with limited remote work Modern understanding of leadership (cooperative, team-strengthening, ownership-oriented) High degree of personal responsibility, entrepreneurialthinkingand the willingness to drivechange A "cultural match" witha high levelof credibility in change and sustainable leadership issought Salary starting at $125,000 Benefits and Culture:
