Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Davisburg, Michigan
Reports to: Director of Sales
Pay: $60,000 - $70,000

General Purpose of the Position: We are seeking a detail-oriented, friendly, and proactive Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our customers — from hospitals to research labs — receive prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable support across their interactions with our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails with professionalism, clarity, and urgency
Provide quotes, check order status, and assist with order entry and tracking
Serve as a liaison between customers, technicians, and sales reps
Troubleshoot product or order issues and ensure timely resolutions
Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and ERP systems
Follow up on open issues and ensure customer satisfaction after resolution
Work closely with shipping, service, and sales teams to keep customers informed
Required Skills & Experience:
2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience (B2B preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
Familiarity with Google Workplace Suite (especially Gmail)
Comfortable learning and navigating CRM/ERP systems
Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to help others
Location:
On-site, M-F 8AM-5PM
