E-Commerce Operations Specialist

This role is responsible to provide direction, training, and support to retail associates in implementing e-commerce business plans to drive category performance and achieve customer satisfaction, sales growth, and maintain department standards. Monitor and assess e-commerce performance and develop processes to increase productivity.Act as a subject matter expert for e-commerce technology, testing, and issue resolution. This role bridges store operations and IT to ensure system stability, by rapidly troubleshooting disruptions and coaching store teams to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.Instruct and align associates' functions and duties to meet the productivity standards.Assist in resolving listing problems related to product content, price, deals, image and, description etc.Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and best e-commerce practices; make recommendations to improve current programs and processes. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.Associate degree (required) in Business Management or other related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Three years job experience in merchandising or management in a retail setting.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills; ability to prioritize requests and department activities. Strong proficiency in MS office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, etc.).Ability to travel up to 75% to retail locations to include local and overnight travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
