Sr. Logistics Documentation Analyst (Finance)
Qualis LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Senior Logistics Documentation Analyst to support Army Aviation Programs in the development, maintenance, and management of acquisition logistics documentation. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and analyze data inputs.
The selected candidate will prepare, revise, and maintain documentation in accordance with Department of the Army (DA) regulations, DA pamphlets, Department of Defense Instructions (DoDI), and other applicable statutory requirements. The role also involves developing briefing materials and providing updates to leadership on documentation status, compliance, and key deliverables. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret technical and logistics data, execute taskings from government leadership, and work both independently and within a team environment.
Essential Duties
Develop, edit, and maintain logistics and milestone documentation in accordance with military and government standards
Create new documentation and update existing materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with program requirements
Maintain a repository of Army regulations, policies, and reference materials to support documentation development
Prepare and present briefings, status updates, and documentation overviews to senior leadership and stakeholders
Format and finalize documents, including conversion to PDF and integration of annexes, appendices, and supporting materials/enclosures
Apply and manage digital signature fields to support document review and approval workflows
Track document status, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines and "next due" requirements are met
Archive finalized documentation in an organized and accessible system
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support configuration and data management activities related to ongoing documentation updates
Participate in document reviews, execute comment adjudication, and incorporate redline changes
Support ad hoc documentation requests as directed by the Government
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of related experience,
or
High School diploma with 12+ years of related experience
Active Secret Security Clearance required
U.S. Citizenship required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat (PDF creation and editing)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting complex data
Skilled in developing reports, data visualizations, and executive-level briefings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional grammar, spelling, formatting, and attention to detail
Ensures documentation meets professional and regulatory standards
Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams; including technical and non-technical
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Army Aviation Processes and Program Milestone Documentation
Familiarity with the 12 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements
