Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (Sales Cloud Transformation) Location:
USA / Canada - Remote We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with deep expertise in Sales Cloud to support a large-scale transformation initiative involving migration from an existing Salesforce org to a new, modernized Salesforce platform.
This role requires a strong blend of business acumen, Salesforce functional expertise, and the ability to guide stakeholders toward best practices and out-of-the-box solutions (Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Partner closely with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business requirements across the sales lifecycle (Lead to Opportunity to Close).
Act as a trusted advisor , guiding business teams on Salesforce best practices and out-of-the-box capabilities to minimize customization.
Lead workshops and discovery sessions to reimagine and streamline business processes aligned with Salesforce-native functionality.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications , user stories, and system designs.
Collaborate with architects and developers to convert requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions .
Support the end-to-end transformation from legacy Salesforce org to new org, including data, process, and user experience redesign.
Identify opportunities to optimize and standardize processes using Salesforce features such as automation, workflows, and reporting.
Drive cross-functional alignment by working across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to ensure cohesive solutions.
Effectively manage and balance business stakeholder expectations and technical team capacity , ensuring efficient prioritization and timely delivery.
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams , facilitating clear communication and accelerating decision-making.
Drive user adoption by ensuring solutions are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with business goals.
Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce AI capabilities , including Agentforce .
Identify and recommend practical AI use cases to enhance sales productivity, customer engagement, and automation.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize and implement AI-driven features where they provide measurable business value.
Ensure AI solutions are aligned with business objectives and operational workflows .
Key Skills Required:
8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Business Analyst in Salesforce environments.
Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud , including standard objects, lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.
Proven experience in Salesforce org transformation or migration projects .
Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams .
Demonstrated experience in cross-functional stakeholder management .
Proven ability to manage competing priorities across business and technical teams to drive outcomes.
Demonstrated experience in process re-engineering and optimization using out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities.
Experience writing user stories, process flows, and functional specifications .
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills , including executive-level interactions.
Qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce CPQ , integrations, or multi-system environments.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies .
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
Exposure to AI-driven CRM capabilities and automation strategies.
Experience working in a high-tech, demo-driven, or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) environment is highly preferred.
