The role As Marketing & Community Manager, you will own how Vortexa shows up in one of our highest-growth markets. You will drive regional brand presence, build and nurture communities, and develop partnerships that position Vortexa at the centre of key industry conversations.

You’ll work closely with our London HQ, regional Sales, and analyst teams to translate market insight and community engagement into measurable commercial impact. This is a hands‑on role with end-to-end responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing regional marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities Regional Brand

Market Presence

Define and execute regional marketing plans aligned with global brand and GTM strategy

Ensure Vortexa appears credibly and consistently across regional industry events, digital channels, and partner platforms

Community Building & Engagement

Design and run programs (roundtables, forums, small-scale events) that deepen engagement and position Vortexa as a trusted connector to its’ customers, prospects, partners, and influencers

Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

Co-create campaigns, events, and content with partners to access new audiences and communities

Events & Experiences

Plan and execute regional events, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, and executive gatherings

Own end-to‑end logistics, from brief and budget to on‑site delivery and post‑event follow‑up

Insight & Thought Leadership Activation

Localize and amplify Vortexa's analyst‑led insight and market intelligence across regional channels and events

Ensure our content is visible, relevant, and integrated into key regional conversations

Sales & Go‑to‑Market Alignment

Partner with regional Sales and commercial teams to align marketing, community, and partnerships with pipeline and revenue goals

Track, analyse, and report on the impact of regional activities on leads, opportunities, and pipeline momentum

5–7 years in B2B marketing, regional/field marketing, community, or partnerships roles, ideally in technology, SaaS, energy, or financial markets

Proven experience developing and executing regional marketing plans that drive brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline

Demonstrated success in organizing and running in‑person and virtual events (conferences, sponsorships, executive roundtables, workshops) end to end

Hands‑on experience with digital channels (email, social, content marketing, webinars) to support and extend regional programs

Experience working cross‑functionally with Sales, Product/Analyst, and central Marketing teams in a matrix or international organization

Comfortable using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo or similar) to track activities, contacts, and ROI

Solid project and budget management skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously
