Who You Will Be Working With At PMG, teams collaborate across creators, talent agencies, media strategists, content teams, and brand partners to develop and execute influencer marketing programs that align storytelling with business objectives. You will help shape how brands foster meaningful connections with audiences, identify the right talent, negotiate partnerships, oversee content production, and optimize campaign performance. Beyond execution, you will explore new content formats, leverage emerging platforms, and stay ahead of industry trends to ensure strategies remain relevant, innovative, and impactful. What You Will Be Doing Lead full‑cycle event production: concepting, budgeting, vendor sourcing, contracting, logistics, risk management, timelines, and on‑site execution. Translate client goals into innovative, influencer‑first experiential ideas built for social amplification. Manage event budgets (mid‑ to large‑scale), negotiate with vendors, and track all expenses for financial accuracy and efficiency. Oversee production schedules, run‑of‑show documents, staff coordination, and pre‑ and post‑event workflows. Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, influencer talent, account management, and strategy teams to ensure event concepts meet brand and campaign objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout production, delivering clear communication, status updates, and solutions. Source and manage vendors, including venues, fabrication partners, AV teams, staffing agencies, transportation, catering, and experiential technology providers. Ensure safety, compliance, permits, and insurance requirements for all events. Direct on‑site event operations, maintaining calm, leadership, and problem‑solving under pressure. Evaluate event success, providing post‑event recaps, performance insights, and recommendations for future optimization. What You Will Bring 7+ years of events or experiential production experience (agency, experiential, entertainment, or influencer/creator space preferred). Excellent team leadership and a proven track record of managing a team. Accomplished results in producing influencer‑driven activations, launch events, pop‑ups, festivals, or large‑scale experiential projects. Strong understanding of influencer marketing, social content workflows, and creator needs at live events. Deep experience managing budgets, timelines, and multi‑vendor production environments. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and client‑facing experience, presenting ideas confidently. Ability to travel for site visits, vendor meetings, and event execution. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative, and highly collaborative environment.
