
Youth and Family Success Center Program Director

Sant La Haitian Neighborhood Center is seeking an experienced Master’s Level Program Director to lead an evidence-based treatment program serving Haitian and Haitian-American youth and families impacted by behavioral challenges, trauma, youth violence, substance abuse, and juvenile court involvement. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, operational leadership, data-driven decision-making, cultural responsiveness, and systems-level insight to lead an evidence-based mental health program that delivers high-quality, measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide structured and reflective supervision to program staff.
- Lead monthly supervision using program-supplied tools to ensure fidelity, effective treatment planning, and high-quality clinical documentation.
- Lead collaboration with program partner agencies and other referring organizations to ensure well-coordinated care for participating youth and families.
- Facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration among program staff and partner agencies.
- Ensure outcome measures and satisfaction surveys are administered, results are tracked, and findings are used to guide program improvement.
- Translate project materials into Haitian Creole, as needed
- Represent Sant La at community meetings and events.
- Complete reports with supporting documentation accurately and on time, maintaining clear and comprehensive records.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Certification in CBT and/or TF-CBT
- At least 5 years of direct service experience; and 3 years supervisory experience with clinicians, program coordinators and support staff
- Minimum of 3 years of Experience in Program Development and Implementation, including launching, scaling and managing mental health programs
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data, including client outcomes, program performance metrics, fidelity and compliance
- Experience working with Haitian youth and families
- Fluency in Haitian Creole and strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
