About the Role

The DTC Growth Manager will own the growth engine for SwissMadison.com — driving profitable revenue growth through acquisition, conversion rate optimization, merchandising strategy, and retention. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a build phase and can create structure, systems, and repeatable performance.

You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketplace leadership and internal teams, but your primary accountability is DTC P&L and performance.

Location: Edison, NJ (Hybrid: 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH)

Essential functions

  • Own and grow the SwissMadison.com P&L
  • Drive profitable growth through a disciplined test-and-learn approach
  • Build/maintain dashboards and reporting cadence tied to core KPIs

Acquisition & Performance Marketing

  • Lead strategy across paid channels (in-house and/or agency), with ROI discipline
  • Build a framework for testing, creative iteration, and landing page performance
  • Partner with brand/creative to ensure conversion-oriented creative development
  • Improve site conversion through CRO roadmap, UX enhancements, and shopping journey optimization
  • Own merchandising strategy: category storytelling, promotions, bundles, AOV levers
  • Ensure smooth execution of product launches on DTC

Retention & Lifecycle

  • Build/optimize email/SMS strategy to improve repeat purchase, LTV, and retention
  • Improve customer journey, post-purchase flows, and loyalty levers

Analytics & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Implement clear attribution and measurement that informs budget allocation
  • Partner with Operations and Product teams to ensure growth initiatives are supported operationally
  • Operate EOS-style: clear goals, scorecards, and accountability

Key Outcomes (First 12 Months)

  • Significant DTC revenue growth with improved contribution margin
  • Repeatable acquisition + lifecycle systems in place
  • Unified performance reporting cadence and dashboard that drives decisions

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years of DTC growth experience for consumer brands
  • Deep Shopify experience with a track record of performance improvement
  • Strong paid media understanding (hands-on or via agency leadership)
  • Highly analytical and KPI-driven (CRO, funnel, LTV, CAC, contribution margin)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, build-phase environment
  • EOS familiarity is a plus; LMA mindset is required
