About us
LulaKate is a Charleston & NYC- based occasion wear collection specializing in dresses for the bride and bridal party. We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing & Ecommerce to lead our quickly growing DTC sales channel.
Key Responsibilities
Website Management
- Own day to day management of the Shopify website and all web content
- Execute web updates to launch new product pages and collections; manage the visual merchandising of the website and keep product categories up to date.
- Own product uploads, including copy, inventory amounts & all imagery
- Ensure product pages, site merchandising, and inventory are accurate
- Liaise with outside web developer to trouble shoot glitches or errors on site
- Liaise with outside web developer to launch new web features, apps, & integrations
- Constantly monitor web functionality to ensure a seamless shopping experience
- Ensure web inventory is accurate
- Plan web buys and delivery dates
- Identify and implement new revenue opportunities, partnerships, and digital growth initiatives
Digital Marketing
- Work with Digital Marketing agency to conceptualize Ad strategy and creative
- Own email & paid ad creative approvals
- Own and track weekly and monthly online revenue targets
- Liaise with Organic Social Media team to ensure messaging aligns with sales strategy/ goals
- Act as primary contact for outside marketing agencies
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in DTC marketing
- Proficient in Shopify
- Experience with Klayvio, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
- Data focused & detail oriented, with strong analytical skills
- Excellent follow through. A Self- starter that is able to be self directed.
- Experience in Fashion or Consumer/ Lifestyle brands required
- Must have a high taste level and discerning eye
