In-House Counsel (Remote)

INFUSE is looking for a highly organized and driven individual to join our amazing Team!

INFUSE, Inc. is searching for an In‑House Counsel with 3–5 years of experience as an attorney to join our fast‑paced, dynamic, entrepreneurial global organization. The ideal candidate balances initiative with workload management, is detail‑oriented, and experienced in commercial contract review. Candidates must be licensed in good standing in Florida, have experience as a litigator in Florida, and be able to appear in court as a Florida attorney when needed. Prior in‑house experience is an advantage.

This role will take responsibility for select legal matters and will work with outside counsel, leadership, and executive teams to provide legal support in a wide range of corporate legal matters, including litigation, contracts, international business, employment, privacy, and compliance. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to assist with corporate development that will further our company's growth.

Compensation commensurate with experience.
