Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice in the state of Virginia as a ALF or LNHA.
- Passion for seniors and strong desire to work with the senior population.
- Customer focus: dedicated to meeting and exceeding the needs of the customer by establishing and maintaining effective relationships.
- Work ethic: places value on hard work and achieving goals, takes pride in responsibilities, and acts professionally and respectfully.
