Overview DTSpade is offering a summer‑long fellowship for Georgia‑licensed real estate professionals who have completed their junior year at an accredited college or university. It is a performance‑based, real‑life opportunity to assist producing brokers, prospect, and gather information in Atlanta.
This is a season to prove you can produce — not just participate.
Scope of Work
Brokerage & Market Research
Ownership and property research
Development pipeline analysis
Market report preparation
Investment sales research support
Prospecting & Business Development
Door‑to‑door outreach (paired or alongside brokers)
Prospecting single‑tenant property owners
Calling withdrawn or expired listings
Following up on inbound inquiries
Supporting appointment setting
Tours & Market Intelligence
Scheduling and facilitating tours
Gathering site intelligence
Supporting brokers during listing tours
Purpose of the Fellowship
Provide meaningful research and business development support to active brokers
Develop core brokerage skills including prospecting, market research, and deal support
Identify future brokerage talent aligned with the entrepreneurial culture of DTSpade
Compensation Structure
Expense Reimbursement
– $100 per week for expenses incurred during the program
Performance Prize Pool
– At the conclusion of the engagement, the brokers who have participated in and been supported by the Fellows will vote on a single contractor based on measurable production, contribution quality, and overall impact (Top Fellow). The Top Fellow will receive a $3,000–$4,000 performance scholarship funded collectively by participating brokers. Second place will receive a set of steak knives.
Transaction Participation
– If a transaction closes from work procured by the Fellow/Contractor, then the Fellow/Contractor shall receive a portion (up to 10%) of the total commission collected.
Long‑Term Partnership
– High‑performing Fellows may be considered for future opportunities within the firm, including analyst roles or brokerage positions upon graduation.
Performance Expectations
Stack 5–10 buildings with ownership intelligence
Add 100+ fully built contacts to the firm CRM (name, company, email, phone, vertical)
Participate meaningfully in prospecting efforts
Support brokers on live assignments
Generate at least one viable business opportunity
Training & Development The Fellowship begins with a half‑day orientation covering brokerage fundamentals, market positioning, prospecting methodology, and systems training. Throughout the summer, Fellows receive ongoing coaching and exposure to live brokerage activity, primarily through applied execution, guided feedback, and real deal processes.
