As a Recruitment Specialist, you will:
Plan, implement and assess recruitment and outreach programs and efforts. Implement strategies to attract students, locally and nationally, to the College of Engineering. Work with prospective students, current students, faculty and staff in an intensive customer service environment. Coordinate college campus visits, recruitment events and programming, and analyze applicant data as it relates to College of Engineering programs. Work with members of the college to develop and deliver outreach programming and develop graduate recruitment strategy. Work with the College of Engineering Director of Recruitment to analyze recruitment data and develop and initiate innovative strategies for recruitment of students. Position requires understanding and sensitivity regarding diverse student populations; a high level of professionalism; and commitment to teamwork. Evening and weekend work will be required. About Us

Minimum Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 6 months of experience in public speaking. Proficiency with computer software to include word processing, database and spreadsheets essential. High level of professionalism and commitment to teamwork. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Ability to relate to people of all age groups, academic abilities and cultures. Valid driver's license and ability to meet University driver eligibility requirements. Preferred Qualifications: The following qualifications are preferred but not required:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Student Services, or related field. Experience working with diverse student populations. Campus involvement as an undergraduate. Familiarity with High School and College Relations operations and procedures. Knowledge of Nebraska and its challenges amongst under-represented populations. Experience working as a student recruitment ambassador or tour guide in Admissions, Housing, Orientation Leader, or an academic college. Experience with STEM admissions or recruitment. Posted Salary:
