Member Service Representative
Location: Sandy Springs, GA (must live within a 60‑mile radius). Hybrid work model – primarily remote offices.
Contract to Hire: 6‑month contract drawing to a permanent position. Anticipated start date: 05/04/2026.
Pay Rate: $19.50/hr. Pay range: $19.50–$19.50/hr.
Responsibilities
Respond to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high‑volume, schedule‑driven and structured contact center operation.
Provide information regarding the client’s products and services, demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multi‑system adaptability and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service.
Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts.
Advise members on other products and services that may fit their needs, providing opportunities for positive member interaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Customer service experience.
Data entry proficiency.
Inbound and outbound call experience.
Call center operations knowledge.
