seeking a
Tax Director
to join their
Financial Services practice.
This is a
senior leadership opportunity
for someone who brings deep expertise in
private equity, hedge funds, and financial services , and is looking to play a key role in
client advisory, team leadership, and practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead tax planning, structuring, and compliance for financial services clients
Manage and develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns
Identify tax risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
Stay current with tax law changes impacting the financial services industry
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
Drive business development initiatives and support practice growth
Collaborate with internal teams on strategic firm initiatives
Qualifications
10+ years of tax experience, with a focus on financial services
Strong experience with
Private Equity and Hedge Funds
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
